Johnny Hood is a Pensacola based photographer specializing in weddings and portraiture.  

      He loves making images in a collaborative way.   Inspiration comes from our life experiences, and those being photographed are welcome to express their ideas and input to create something truly unique and not simply one person’s vision. Think of it like an actor doing improv.   Johnny’s style is one that considers light and shadow being equally important, and he enjoys finding ways to endow his work with a sense of drama and emotion.

      Portraits can and should be a glimpse into the soul and essence of a person.  They should say something without words.  They also act just as much to preserve memories and evoke a time and place and feeling from the past.
